Tip for: 05.11.15
During the summer, Alexandria announcements narrow to a trickle. How will you survive the months without a newsletter or Tip of the Week? Join us on social media!
First, did you know Alexandria has a blog? Keep an eye on www.goalexandria.com/blog for a variety of topics that focus more on libraries, books, and schools, rather than the software. By offering this supplemental material, we hope to tell you about interesting facts and events, and help you provide more resources to your patrons. We will continue to post articles throughout the summer.
The Alexandria Facebook page is a great place for discussions with fellow Alexandria users. You will see us posting things like literary news and quotes, Alexandria tradeshow pictures, and more.
For less extensive posts, follow our Twitter feed.
If you are more of a Google+ type of person, we have that too—add us to your circles!
We are also on Pinterest and LinkedIn.
While our technical videos are all available on the COMPanion Wiki (for version 6) or here in the Support Center (for version 7), you have access to some of them via YouTube. This allows you to add comments and save your favorite videos.
If you are keeping your library up and running through the summer, or if you are relaxing during your vacation and suddenly realize you don’t know how to add reservations in Alexandria—our Customer Support team is available at any time to help you out. You can send an email to support@goalexandria.com, or dial 1-800-347-6439. (Feel free to add that number to your ‘speed dial’.)
Have a great summer!
