Review Analysis
Tools > Reports > Patrons > Reviews
Generates a list of statistics on items patrons have reviewed
This includes status totals (Approved, Rejected, or Pending), 1-5 star rating totals, number of patrons that have written reviews, average number of reviews per patron, and the total number of reviews. Click on the arrow to choose between using the Date Range selection or the Relative Date selection.
Use(s)
- Run this report to see how many reviews are pending.
- Keep track of review data for a participation initiative.
