Inventory season is coming up. See what we've done to make it easier.

• Checkout to System Patron. Select by Not Inventoried to check out missing items to any system patron (like Discarded)Declare Missing Copies Discarded. A new utility just like Declare Missing Copies Lost, but you can mark those copies discarded instead.
  

• Export All Exceptions. Click one button to get all of the exceptions at the end of the inventory session.

• Textbook Tracker Inventory. Added inventory reports and utilities to declare missing or still-checked-out copies as lost.
  
  

Important!

• Scout Legacy will be discontinued after this release. Show your patrons the new, mobile-friendly Scout.
  
  

Browse

• Browse. You can now add to lists from Browse.

Circulation

• Add a note to the Patron Details report when you email it from Circulation.

Maps

• In Librarian, maps now show what site they are from, and you can switch dynamically.
  

Reports

• We’ve cleaned up the Title Information by Series report so it groups and labels your series in a more useful fashion.

• Added Not Inventoried Start Date selection to the Checkout to System Patron utility.

• Implemented several new inventory reports for Textbooks.

Self-Service

• We moved the I’m Done button to the top, so it’s easier to see. Now you can finish a session without closing your mobile keyboard.

• If your patrons don’t need their receipts, go to Settings and disable receipts for check outs. It’s one less step between patrons.

System

• Improved performance and reliability throughout the system.

Utilities

• Added textbook utilities to support post-inventory operations, such as declaring non-inventoried items lost.
