Criminal Conviction

Now you can customize the “Have you ever been convicted of a felony?” question on the Volunteer Application!

Application Display

The Volunteer Application buttons, Back and Continue, will now display directly under the entry fields. This means they will no longer be cut off on shorter displays.

Imports

KeepnTrack now accepts files in .csv format without trouble!

New & Improved

Import

• You can now select a file with a CSV extension for imports.

Kiosk

• Fixed a bug that caused the “Retake Picture” option to appear on some initial sign-ins.

• Fixed a bug that blocked people from signing-in when they shared a last name with someone else who was already signed-in and neither had a specified date of birth.

Management

• Images are now displayed in the Resolve Duplicates interface, which can be found in the People module and Volunteer Application tool.

• Fixed a bug that could cause “Keep & Update” and “Merge & Remove” to appear reversed in Resolve Duplicates.

Volunteer Application

• The text for the Felony Conviction question can now be customized from within the Volunteer Application Preferences. 

• Moved the Back and Continue buttons up.

• Made some minor layout adjustments to accommodate screen resolutions that don’t strictly conform to the minimum recommendations.
