Another school year has zipped by, and it's time to get your library ready for summer. Not sure how to start? Don't worry! We’ve put together some resources to help you out.

End-of-Year Procedures. Every year we try to make them better. Read over our updated v7 End-of-Year Procedures article to follow the steps or just make sure you didn't miss anything! You can even print out this helpful infographic that outlines all of the steps. Or are you still on version 6? We've got the same v6 End-of-Year Procedures article for you.

End-of-Year Workshop. Last year we put on a special workshop for end of the year. And we recorded it! View the v7 End-of-Year Workshop to see it all. Or view the v6 workshop.

Need advice! Our school is closed until March 31. I'm wondering whether it is practical to do the inventory while we are closed even though it's not the end of the year? If I can get one of the assistants from elsewhere in the building, I think I might be able to get it inventoried in one week (we have 10,000 items). What do you think?

    1. Hello! Yes, now would be a good time to do inventory. Just don't declare checked out items as lost quite yet. Stay tuned for an article on what to do for unexpected school closures.
