September is Hispanic Heritage Month, and we thought now would be a perfect time to refresh your memory on searching by language in Alexandria.
Researcher
Did you know that your patrons can filter Search results in Researcher by language?
In Search (/search) once a patron enters a search term and has results, they can use the filter icon to go to Language to filter out the results. (Note that the filter only looks at the first 041_a tag.)
Reports
Want to search your collection for titles in a specific language? Go to Reports > Titles > Title Information, and select Language in the "Titles with" drop down in the Options tab. Enter the language you want to search, and the report will pull a list for you of any titles in that language.
