When “Volunteer” isn't exactly the best way to describe the people using your kiosk, help them out! Customize the Volunteer label in Workstation Management. This is for kiosks only; the term is unchanged in Admin.
Because you routinely review and manage new and duplicate records, you may have a bunch of rejected records hidden away in Volunteer Management. We've added two new utilities to help you clear them out: Remove Rejected Duplicates and Remove Rejected Applications.

Restored the ability to view the results of a sex offender check from the link in an SMS Kiosk Alert.
Made a number of adjustments to the Kiosk workflows, eliminating unnecessary button clicks where possible.
Fixed! The "Sign In & Print" button on the Express kiosk will print now.
The label "Volunteer" can be customized on any kiosk in Workstation Management.
Information pertaining to the last sex offender check will no longer be updated as a result of a St. Johns County Sheriff's Check, which is a type of background check.
Added Last Sex Offender and Background Check results to the Patron Details reports.
