If checked, when a person attempting to sign in to one of your facilities matches or potentially matches a Sex Offender record, alerts will be sent to the email addresses and text numbers below.

Alert Text Numbers
Phone numbers entered here will be sent a text message alert. Enter one number per line. The phone number must be 12 characters long (xxx-xxx-xxxx), numbers and dashes only.
