Workstation Management can be accessed from links found in each Kiosk interface.

The Workstation Management window provides you with an easy way to configure, test, and support the printers, scanners, and other peripherals used with your KeepnTrack software. Information about your current hardware and software configuration can be found in the Information section. For any questions, call the KeepnTrack Customer Support number (800) 320-5830 or email at support@keepntrack.com.

Once your Workstation Management settings have been saved, you will not need to set these again unless the station's default internet browser has its cookies deleted. This can happen through routine maintenance, security settings, or a computer restart. If this does occur, your Workstation Management settings will be reset to default.

titleWhat is a cookie?

A web / internet / browser cookie is a small piece of data stored by your browser. Every time you visit one of KeepnTrack's Kiosks, your browser sends the cookie back to the server to inform the system of your previous settings. Cookies were designed to be a reliable mechanism for websites to remember useful information (such as your Kiosk settings)


Workstation Management contains the following sections:

Introduction. This is the screen you will see when you log into Workstation Management, it contains links to contact our Customer Support team or review our online Support Center. 

Information. Displays all pertinent system information for KeepnTrack.

Station. Where you enable your Kiosk settings for signing in/out and taking pictures.

Printers. Where you will configure your Dymo or Star Network printer settings to print badges/slips. 

Scanners & Cameras. This allows you to test your scanner and/or camera to ensure it is working. It also contains links to hardware drivers and installation guides. 

Troubleshooting

If you are having troubles seeing the Workstation Management link, you may need to Refresh or Reload your browser.

If you are having trouble correctly loading your printer with labels and/or paper, please click here for an instructional video and links to our hardware user's manuals that contain step-by-step instructions.
