COMPanion is pleased to announce the release of KeepnTrack 3.17.1, highlighting the following improvements:

• Allowed to be Signed Out. Now with pictures.

• Not in Attendance Report. Find people who didn't sign in on a particular day to a particular event. Who missed the assembly last week? Now you can find out.

• Have you ever been convicted of a felony? Require volunteers to answer this question (Yes, No, or Undeclared) on Applications.

KeepnTrack will no longer automatically approve volunteer applications if the applicant indicated that they have a felony conviction, even if all other criteria for this is met.

CBC and SOR Checks

Now supporting the updated St. Johns County Sheriff's Server.

Kiosk

Implemented HTML5 Camera Support. Adobe Flash Player is no longer required for taking person pictures in the Kiosks.

Network Printer

Implemented changes to the secure configuration for the network printer in order to facilitate more reliable operation with all supported browsers on OSX, Windows, and iOS. Please see the Installation Guide or contact COMPanion Customer Support for additional information.

Preferences

Implemented separate security for Operations Management. This is ON by default for Administrators and OFF by default for lower level security groups.

Kiosk

Implemented a "Who Was Here Yesterday" Quick Report in the Attended Kiosk. The Attended Kiosk now shows Homeroom on Student Sign-In / Sign-Out. The Attended and Self-Service Kiosk now support a per classification workstation preference for enabling the camera. The Attended and Self Service Kiosks no longer requires the user to select Late Arrival a second time when using the camera.

Destination has been restored to applicable activity reports. Corrected an issue which was preventing the Volunteer Online Application report from printing. Corrected FCRA status and Felony Conviction terminology for the Volunteer Online Application report.
