The Facility Alerts contains lists that will receive either an email or text, when the Alert Button is selected, a Sex Offender record is marked as a match or when a person who is denied access attempts to sign in to your facility.

• Facility Alerts. Under specific circumstances, e.g. when a Sex Offender record is marked as a match or when a person who is denied access attempts to sign in to your facility, an Alert Message will be sent out. This tab provides the fields for this feature.
  • Alert Email Addresses. This is a list of emails an alert message will be sent to. Enter one email per line.
  • Alert Text Numbers. Phone numbers entered here will be sent a text message alert. Enter one number per line. The phone number must be 12 characters long (xxx-xxx-xxxx), numbers and dashes only.
