The KeepnTrack Tools is a convenient, easily accessible assembly of commonly used features and tools for the KeepnTrack Operator. This window presents a host of tools.


Tools
  • Reports. The Reports section allows the Operator to access a list of Reports.
  • Exports. Exporting is the process of moving information out of KeepnTrack and preparing it for use in other software applications.
  • Preferences. Presents Preferences.
  • Utilities. The Utilities interface allows you to change large amounts of information in your database at once, including batch sex offender checks.
  • Imports. There are times when you’ll want to add person information and/or pictures into KeepnTrack from outside sources such as your central district or facility database; this process is called “importing”.
  • Security. The Security interface allows operators (with the appropriate authority) to modify existing or create their own custom security groups by manipulating lists of permissions.
  • Volunteer Verification. The Verification interface allows you to enter the volunteer's information to search for their record.
  • Application Picker. The Application Picker is presented at Log In and presents Admin, Attended Kiosk, Self-Service, Application, Person Status and Express.

Management

  • Activities. Activities are the traceable events that happen in or around your facility; they can be anything from assemblies, field trips, and community service to dental appointments, guidance counseling, and sports events.
  • Facilities. The Facilities preferences are used to define and manage your “local” facility preferences; they are divided into three distinct groupings: General, Classification, and Kiosk.
  • Operations. Operations are any number of Operator defined
  • Volunteer Applications. This portion of KeepnTrack allows an Operator to view the status of any Volunteer Application.
  • History. With this utility, you can create new, locate and edit existing, and even permanently delete activity history from your database.
