The Facility Alerts contains lists that will receive either an email or text, when the Alert Button is selected, a Sex Offender record is marked as a match or when a person who is denied access attempts to sign in to your facility.

Facility Alerts. Under specific circumstances, e.g. when a Sex Offender record is marked as a match or when a person who is denied access attempts to sign in to your facility, an Alert Message will be sent out. This tab provides the fields for this feature.

Alert Email Addresses. This is a list of emails an alert message will be sent to. Enter one email per line.

Alert Text Numbers. Phone numbers entered here will be sent a text message alert. Enter one number per line. The phone number must be 12 characters long (xxx-xxx-xxxx), numbers and dashes only.
