Whether you're Cloud-Hosted or Self-Hosted, here are some requirements to successfully run Alexandria and Textbook Tracker.
Our standard report format is PDF. We recommend using the latest version of Adobe Reader to print labels, view reports, and notices on both your Data Station and connected Librarian clients.
Supported Devices

Our minimum size is 1024x768 (iPad size) for all areas of Alexandria and Textbook Tracker with the following exceptions:
- Researcher (hub)
- Scout
- Browse
- Status
- Slideshow
- Self-Service
- Activity
- Offline Mode
For the areas listed above, we support macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and Chrome OS systems on newer versions of desktop, iPhone, iPad, Android, and Chromebook devices at their native resolutions. Since there are a lot of devices out there, we don’t always know precisely which ones work with Alexandria. But our software also most likely runs on Samsung Galaxy, Surface tablets, Pixels, Nexus phones, and more.
