This Valentine’s Day, Alexandria’s seeing purple! In preparation for the Alexandria Dream Makeover, we’re switching Alexandria’s color scheme to purple, something we haven’t done since 2017 when everything became blue (which Textbook Tracker will still be). Once you get over the shock, we hope you love our new look.
Do you need a way to notify patrons of all the items they have checked out? Sure, you can send the Patron Details Summary, but it includes a bunch of other information. To keep it simple, we’ve added a Loaned Items Notice report. Notify patrons who checked out items a certain day—via an email, or a nice Letter format.
You know you can use the Circulation Lookup (L) command to quickly find patrons in Circulation—now you can find them by their nickname, as well as first and last name. Starting in the next version (21.10), Super Summary reports (Super Summary, Missouri Super Summary, Houston Super Summary) will be unavailable as we make changes to foundational report functionality. If you need data from these reports, be sure to run them before the next release comes out! Check our Complete Reports List to see if a different report can fit your reporting needs. Look for new reports in future versions. If you have feedback about Super Summary and the data you need, please submit an Idea.
Reports- The Copy Information report lets you select by Inventory Date, so you can track down specific issues during inventory.
CirculationActivityPreferences- In Patron Patrons Preferences, the "Advance After" setting under Grade Table was removed, because it didn't do anything.
