All Staff
- Be sure to set up secure passwords for all patrons with special access.
- If a patron is a staff member but also participates in circulation, we recommend setting up two different accounts:
District Administrators
Only District Administrators can make other patrons District Administrators. If you get a new District Administrator but didn't have the old one grant those permissions before they left, contact our Support team at _______________. They will confirm the new District Administrator's identity and grant those permissions.
DA cannot be changed; has full access to program; everything else is totally customizable
username and password set; recommend a separate patron w/ a user and pass not tied to circulation; special access one
student aide - general account
multiple logins - see who's doing what (contact support to look at logs or export when that's a thing)
make sure groups and levels are correct
add a list of resources for new people
