Change Review Status
Operations> Utilities > Patrons > Reviews
Changes the status of selected reviews
There are three different statuses a review can have:
- Needs Approval: These reviews are are not visible on Researcher.
- Approved: These reviews show up on Researcher for other patrons to see.
- Rejected: These reviews are not visible on Researcher. Patrons are allowed to modify and resubmit their review if it's rejected.
You can set up automatic review approval for patrons by Security Group in Preferences > Security > Account > Reviews.
Selections
Use one or more Selections to specify the type of reviews to change: Review Date: Enter a creation date range or relative creation date of reviews you would like to change. Review Status: Specify the current status of reviews you would like to change. Patron Barcode: Enter the barcode of a patron whose reviews you would like to change. | Options
Review Status: Specify the new status you would like selected reviews to have. |
Remove Reviews
Removes a group of reviews at once
Use(s)
Run this utility every now and then to clear out all rejected reviews from the Reviews Management module.
Selections
