Tools > Reports > Patrons > Labels
may be moved to it's own big category (Labels) with a Patron subcategory
Dimensions in the report names refer to how many labels will fit on each printed label page (i.e. 3x10 means there will be three columns and ten rows for a total of thirty labels on one page).
Purpose
The Patron Barcode Labels (3x10) report creates labels with patron barcodes on them. Attach these to student ID cards or use them for internal purposes, such as keeping track of holds. Another potential use is printing patron barcodes for each class or homeroom, organizing them in a binder, and pulling out a particular class or homeroom's sheet whenever they visit the library.
These should be printed on COMPanion Blank Barcode Labels (V0055) or other 1" X 2 5/8" label sheets.

Purpose
The Patron Labels (4x20) report creates labels with customizable patron information (name, address, barcode image, barcode number, phone number, or parent/guardian name). It's possible but not recommended to put barcode images on these labels since they are smaller than the Patron Barcode Labels (3x10). However, you can use them to affix other patron information to ID cards if needed.
These should be printed on COMPanion ________ (V0036) or other 1" X 1 3/4" label sheets.

The Patron Mailing Labels (3x10) report generates labels with patron mailing information. If you need to mail something to your patrons, using this report is an easy way to customize and print labels with all of their addresses.
