Title Information Reports
Tools > Reports > Titles > Information
The Title Available Copies report generates a list showing the number of available copies at each site for each title in the selection.
Uses
Run this report after performing an inventory at the end of the year to see how many copies of particular titles are at each site. Then you can move copies between sites or order more copies to ensure an even distribution.

The Title Information by Award report generates a list of titles that have won a particular award. Simply type the award name in the Titles with Awards selection. Award names can be found in the 586_a MARC tag.

Purpose
The Title Information by Category report generates a list of titles belonging to particular MARC categories or titles with a particular General Note. Simply select for a Bibliographic (653_a), Curriculum (658_a), or Interest (521_a) category or a certain General Note (500_a).

Add categories to individual titles in the Terms tab of Items Management. And manage all of your MARC category terms in Tools > Authority Control > Titles.

Purpose
The Title Information by Publisher report generates a list of titles with the same publisher (260_b) and/or titles published within a certain range of years (260_c). If selecting by Titles Published between, use a YYYY format. You won't get results using a full MM/DD/YYYY format.

Purpose
The Title Information by Series report generates a list of titles in each series (MARC fields 800-830). Enter a series name in the Titles in the Series selection to narrow down the report to only one series. This selection may be helpful in figuring out if you're missing any titles in a particular series.
If you don't use the Titles in the Series selection, titles with no series will be listed as well at the bottom of the report.

The Title Information by Subject report generates a list of titles belonging to a particular subject or genre (655_a).

The Titles Not Shown in Researcher report generates a list of titles that don't show up when looking for items in Researcher. Items won't show up in Researcher when when the Don't Show in Researcher checkbox is checked in the title record.
