The Title Available Copies report generates a list showing the number of available copies at each site for each title in the selection.
Run this report after performing an inventory at the end of the year to see how many copies of particular titles are at each site. Then you can move copies between sites or order more copies to ensure an even distribution.

The Title Information report generates a list of titles with varying amounts of information, depending on the chosen format.
Before ordering new books, run this report with the 1 Line format to see which titles you already have.

The Title Information by Award report generates a list of titles that have won a particular award. Simply type the award name in the Titles with Awards selection. Award names are saved under MARC field 586_a.
- Run this report when a librarian, teacher, or student needs a list of titles with a particular award for reading assignments or activities. Note that this information can also be found through Researcher by using the Awards filter in the Search interface.
- Run this report and select by a particular award to see which titles are listed as having that award. Then you can determine which titles need to have the award added or removed.

The Title Information by Category report generates a list of titles with a particular category term or General Note.
- Select by Titles with Notes to get a list of titles with a particular General Note, which is saved under MARC field 500_a.
- Select by Titles in Bibliographic Categories to get a list of titles with a particular bibliographic term, which is saved under MARC field 653_a.
- Select by Titles in Curriculum Categories to get a list of titles with a particular curriculum term, which is saved under MARC field 658_a.
- Select by Titles in Interest Categories to get a list of titles with a particular interest term, which is saved under MARC field 521_a. Interest categories are often used to save Lexile and other reading level information.
- Run this report and select by a particular category or note to see which titles are included and determine what needs to be added or removed.

The Title Information by Language report generates a list of titles written in a select language.

The Title Information by Publisher report generates a list of titles with the same publisher (260_b) and/or titles published within a certain range of years (260_c). If selecting by Titles Published between, use a YYYY format. You won't get results using a full MM/DD/YYYY format.

The Title Information by Series report generates a list of titles in each series (MARC fields 800-830). Enter a series name in the Titles in the Series selection to narrow down the report to only one series. This selection may be helpful in figuring out if you're missing any titles in a particular series.
The Title Information by Subject report generates a list of titles belonging to a particular subject or genre (655_a).

The Titles Not Shown in Researcher report generates a list of titles that don't show up when looking for items in Researcher. Items won't show up in Researcher when when the Don't Show in Researcher checkbox is checked in the title record.
