Generates a list of unpaid charges and overdue fines
Forgiven Charges
Generates a list of charges that have been forgiven within a certain date range
The Patron Balance report generates a list of patrons and their balances. This report is a simpler version of the Charges and Overdue Fines - Complete report and lists only patron barcodes, names, and balances.
Uses
Librarians and teachers can run this report to get a list of balances for all students in a particular group or class. They can then let students know if they have any charges or credits. Consider creating Saved Reports that automatically send emails to staff with this information periodically.
