Patron Account Reports
Tools > Reports > Patrons > Account
The Account Introduction report generates informational slips for patrons with their login credentials, library use instructions, account restrictions, library policies, contact information, and other information the librarian wants to give patrons.
Uses
Print these slips at the beginning of the school year for each patron to give them all the information they need to start using the library.

Purpose
The Account Status Summary report creates a full breakdown of the current state of patrons' accounts. This includes an account balance, payments, charges, credits, loaned items, lost items, overdues, holds, and reservations (similar to a Patron Details quick report in the Circulation module).

This report will only generate results when Preferences > Patrons > Patron Rules > Disable Card Expiration Dates is unchecked.
Purpose
The Expired Patrons report creates a list of patrons with expired library cards. A patron's card will show up as expired when 1) the set expiration date is in the past and 2) the automatic maintenance utility for that week has been run.

Example Report
Purpose
The Suspended Patrons report generates a list of patrons with a status of Suspended as well as letters for notifying patrons and parents of the suspension. If you can't charge fines but still want to encourage patrons to return items on time, suspending them and sending out these letters may act as an incentive.
